The celestial animal for the next lunar year is the tiger, and anticipating a tiger-like rebound in the economy, the Imperial Hotel Taipei is offering a promotion for year-end banquets from now until the end of March 2010.
The hot choices are Chaozhou and Cantonese cuisine, with a variety of ten or more dishes. Dinners for ten persons are priced at NT$8,800 and up Monday through Thursday and NT$9,800 and up Friday to Sunday. The Imperial's buffet is another popular option, and during the promotion it is priced at NT$750 per person. Menus can also be custom designed to fit the needs of the customer. (All prices plus 10% service fee.)
The Imperial's complete service includes unlimited juice or fruit cocktail, free stage rental with AV system, decorations, candlelight, fun props and free parking for diners.
For parties reserving ten or more tables the hotel offers six complimentary afternoon teatime coupons for the Tomatina Cafe-Buffet Restaurant.
