Xing Teppanyaki is an exquisite teppanyaki restaurant.
With over 4 decades of experience, chef Ah Xing uses the freshest seasonal seafood and meat ingredients every day to fry, stir, steam and cook delicious dishes. Dishes in the restaurant feature healthy and original flavors.
Dishes come with special sauces and seasonings. The main courses include selections such as Japanese A5 Omi Wagyu beef, A5 Matsusaka Wagyu beef, USDA Prime Ribeye Top Cap Steak, premium sirloin steak, New Zealand lamb short ribs, Spanish Iberico pork and other rare meats.
Set meals include fresh seafood such as South African live abalone, Hungarian Class A duck liver, Ise live lobster and Penghu wild prawns
The chef’s daily soup is inspired by Chinese and Western cuisines. The soup base is created by slow-cooking peach gum, black garlic, onion and other fragrant broths. There are also hand-made desserts made daily for a novel, delicious sweet delight.
The restaurant is designed with ivory beige leather cushions, separated by six elegant private rooms for exclusive privacy. The restaurant can accommodate up to 30 people for dining in one room. The restaurant contains a collection of select wine from around the world to accompany meals. KTV facilities further add to the fun, just like a high-end private dining club.
Prices are indicated in New Taiwan Dollars. 10% service charge not included. Customers who bring their own drinks will be charged a NT$500 corkage fee.
