The restaurant is operated by the hotel and features top-grade Japanese beef raised on the most advanced livestock farms in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. The beef is produced in accordance with the highest international standards. The soup and sauces and other key elements of the great Wagyu are all authentically Japanese.
